I’ll carefully review your full gallery, remove duplicates, blinks, test shots, and missed moments, and curate the strongest images into your desired final set.

Minimums & Additional Fees

Minimums are based on the total number of images being reviewed. You’ll still receive your preferred final image count, but the applicable minimum determines the minimum service fee.

PORTRAITS

• Up to 3,000 images: 300-image minimum

• Over 3,000 images: 1,000-image minimum

WEDDINGS

• 1,000-image minimum

• You can request your desired final image count, but the minimum service fee is based on 1,000 kept images.

Additional volume fees:

• 3,000–5,000 total images: +$30

• 5,000–7,000 total images: +$50

• 7,000–9,000 total images: +$80

• 10,000+ total images: Starting at +$100

For example:

• 11,000 images: +$100

• 15,000 images: +$130

Larger galleries will be priced based on total image volume.

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the season and current project volume. I’ll always do my best to accommodate your preferred deadline and will communicate timing with you when your project is booked.

PHOTO EDITING

$0.38 per image

Every image includes:

• Basic panel adjustments
• HSL adjustments
• Straightening

Minimums

100-image minimum

If your project contains fewer than 100 images, the minimum service fee still applies and is based on 100 edited images. This minimum does not include anchor images.

DELIVERY

Editing projects are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and scheduled according to available appointments.

Delivery times vary depending on the season and current project volume. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferred deadline and will communicate your estimated delivery date when your project is booked.

Not every image needs to live in the final gallery. These services are designed to help you turn a finished collection of photographs into beautifully organized, intentional galleries and portfolios that are ready to share with your clients and showcase your work.

GALLERY CURATING

Gallery Curating can be added to any culling or editing service, or booked as a standalone service for a finished wedding gallery.

We’ll thoughtfully organize your selected images into sections of the wedding day, creating a cohesive and easy-to-navigate gallery.

Sections may include:

• Details
• Getting Ready
• First Look
• Ceremony
• Portraits
• Wedding Party
• Reception
• Dancing & Events

Images are organized chronologically and by camera to create a polished, consistent final catalog.

Pricing:

• 500–1,000 images: $200
• 1,001–1,200 images: $300
• 1,201–1,500 images: $400

For galleries over 1,500 images, please contact us for custom pricing.

BLOGGING

Portraits & Sessions: $100
Weddings: $200

Give your blog a curated collection of images that tells the story without requiring you to sort through your entire gallery again.

Blogging includes:

• 80–100 images selected specifically for your blog
• 5–10 highlight images selected for your website portfolio

The goal is a thoughtful mix of storytelling images, details, moments, and favorites that represent the full experience of the session or wedding.

FINAL GALLERY

500–1,000 images: $200
1,001–1,300 images: $300
1,301–1,500 images: $400

Already have your finished wedding gallery but need it organized and presentation-ready?

We’ll create a polished Finished Wedding Catalog, organizing your images into sections such as Getting Ready, Details, First Look, Ceremony, Portraits, Reception, and more.

Images are organized:

• Chronologically
• By camera
• Into clearly defined sections of the wedding day

This service is ideal when you’ve already completed your culling and editing but want the final gallery to feel cohesive and intentional.
